We are a group of five (4 adults and a kid) and stayed for two nights. The hotel exceed our expectations in every aspect! We were greeted by super friendly staff, and the room is spacious. We’ve booked the lakeside view rooms of which we think was the best decision! We would definitely come back if we visit Brugge again.

This is an amazing hotel it caters so well for everybody every room faces outwards because it is round and some have a view of the lovely Lake they have cycle hire and lovely big open spaces. Jean and Girt were 2 of The people I must mention in particular Jean on the reception desk was so helpful and friendly telling us all about the surrounding area and what to do we ended up on a lovely twin seat electric pedal bicycle and went out into the countryside for a picnic then came back to a lovely cool room even though it was very warm. The facilities in the room were amazing just outside most of the rooms in the inner courtyard top and bottom floor was a smoking area so wasn’t far to walk at all and then the morning for breakfast we bumped into. Girt (apologies for spelling) He was in charge of the breakfast and what an amazing breakfast we had freshly made pancake and bacon lovely bread and croissant really fresh honey and jam and he was so attentive and friendly it was refreshing to see we will 100% BE COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL IF I COULD GIVE IT SIX STARS I WOULD.

the cleaning staff was HORRIBLE they would have a horrible attitude and would make me get out my room to clean and if i’m in there while there cleaning they would say rude stuff in their language in mumbles. they barely clean there was sand on the floor and they didn’t even touch it and they don’t restock the tissues or towels. the breakfast wasn’t that good the only good thing about it was the butter. the views were nice and the area but otherwise wouldn’t recommend as all of it is intended for disabled people and the rooms seem like a hospital room and there were bugs everywhere in the room, bed everywhere i had to wear a hoodie and socks when sleeping because of the bugs. the ac is also not that cool and confusing it shows from -2 to +2. wouldn’t come again
