Domeniul Dornei

We spent 4 nights there and also worked remotely. It is placed in a great location away from the main road so it is quiet and calming plus fresh air. The internet connection is available in most of the domain, at least you have it wherever you want to stay(rooms, terrace, restaurant or outside in the pavilions) and it worked well for video calls, not sure about big video uploads. The food is great and the restaurant wonderful. They have lots of food dishes as well and the staff is great as well, many thanks! They have a small heated pool and a wet and a dry sauna. Those are great for when you want to chill for a bit or it is rainy :D. The rooms are fine, everything was clean, you have minibar in each room and towels and robes that you can use at the pool. I think that the only thing worth improving is some small details(radiators, benches/chairs..) in the hotel or around that should be renovated, the restaurant is excellent from this point of view, no remarks for that one. It is not in the worst condition but it would rise the level up a bit. The view is also great, a lot of green because of the surrounding woods. They have a big parking space where you can leave your car or bus 🚌 All in all we felt great there and we would like to return sometime, it can be a great place for working remotely if you enjoy nature.

We visited the restaurant only. Efficient and quick service, and deliciously prepared traditional food. Recommend ciorba de burta, tocana and cheese pancakes for dessert.
