Domes Zeen Chania a Luxury Collection Resort Crete

I've had a wonderful stay at Domes Zeen Chania. Thank you to the entire team that made the stay so much more enjoyable including Sophia, Chris and Dimitri. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best honeymoon. The service was impeccable and the property is so beautiful and well kept. It literally feels like you are in a modern jungle surrounded by water. You truly do not want to miss out on this experience and I would highly recommend a stay here for anyone considering. I would definitely book again with the Domes property.

Domes Zeen Chania is an absolute paradise! The location is breathtaking, right on the water, offering stunning views that left us in awe. Our room, closest to the water with no obstructions, was simply gorgeous and felt like a private oasis. The staff, especially Marialena, Natalie, and Theodore, provided exceptional care, attending to every detail with warmth and professionalism. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a fantastic selection of Greek options that we loved. The outdoor gym was a dream, perfectly blending fitness with the stunning surroundings. We adored the beautiful walk along the coastline to the Old Harbor, a highlight of our trip. We can’t wait to return to this incredible hotel!

We came here for our mini moon. The resort is certainly beautiful. However, for the money, our room should’ve been more private. We could hear everything and everyone who passed by and our room was right on a corner everyone passed so it felt very exposed. The staff by the pool and beach was very capable. The concierge who greeted us was stalling as our room clearly wasn’t ready in time which was a bit annoying. The food was good, though half board felt a bit limiting as if you want to go out for dinner, the half board lunch isn’t great. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best we’ve seen. The beach area was so lovely and should be promoted more! One day there were so beds available so we just went to the pool which was nice as well. If you’re worried about children ruining your stay, we found the children were quiet and overall well behaved. You’ll notice them at the pool but not at the beach. Again, given this wasn’t an adults only hotel, you’ll notice them in your room since there is little privacy.
