05/28/2024- at the reception, the staff specifically did not give a check-out card, arguing that the system was not working!!!!!as a result, I wrote it by hand!!!They wanted money!!!They immediately forgot the Russian language!!! Unpleasant!!!

This is the hotel for you if you wish to be out all day doing activities etc and just use the hotel to sleep & freshen up! The hotel entrance is beautiful and even when you get into the reception area it is very clean with nice comfortable sofas to sit on. The service is very slow at reception (either they’re understaffed or they work too slow), the bar in the reception area is not part of the “all inclusive zone” so technically if you pay for “all inclusive” it is NOT. Definitely need to make at least the bar near the reception area part of the all inclusive zone as most guests do like to sit in the reception area with family/friends with a drink (especially because WiFi is best in reception area). The swimming pool was clean and a decent size with plenty of available sunbeds (October). Rooms were very outdated but cleaned to a high standard, could do with some extra plugs as they was not enough sockets to charge any gadgets etc! Food was 1/10 as there is no variety whatsoever and the pasta isn’t cooked properly the chef just heats up with pasta with the hot water, adds your ingredients & sauces, mixes it all together and serves it like that, unless you’re a vegan as they have a whole vegan section, this food is not ideal at all. They have La Carte restaurants which are additional costs on top of the all inclusive. This hotel is good value for your money (online price as of now is about £50 per night per room for a basic room) which is not bad! Location is okay it’s about a 10 min drive to Naama bay which is a very lively area till at least 3-4am & there’s a McDonald’s outside the hotel but would take about 20 mins to walk to as hotel entrance is huge which was okay for us, apart from that there isn’t anything else walking distance from here. I am a customer inside the Domna Kral Hotel for 8 years. I go on vacation to this hotel because the sea is big and there are many games. I always sit on the beach in Zabich because they have a bar. I can drink whatever I want at any time. But it is clear to me that the customers who work in the place are very bad. Among them are the Egyptian managers and also the Italian girls who work in the place. They treat us very badly without respect and I get insulted inside the hotel. When I asked to talk to the manager of the place and the imams, they did not give me any of my personal rights. You control all those who work in the hotel and do not supervise them. But I promise you today to collect the bad talk about those who work in the hotel without a visa, like foreign workers. I will take all my rights through social media. I will inform you that you are not responsible for everything in a picture on the Internet. I will send all their pictures of all the bad things that happened to me and I will put their pictures everywhere on the media.
