During our trip to Milan, we stayed at Domina Milano Fiera Hotel, and overall, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Having a mini fridge in the room was a big plus, as we could easily store drinks and snacks. We were especially satisfied with the hygiene: without us even asking, the bed linens and towels were changed daily. This clearly shows the hotel’s commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. There is parking available for those arriving by car. However, for guests without a vehicle, the location might feel a bit far from the city center and train station. That said, the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a calm and relaxing stay. Breakfast offered a good variety and was quite satisfying in terms of taste. Considering the overall quality of service and the amenities provided, I can confidently say this is a great value-for-money hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Milan.
Very poor service. Despite booking several months in advance, the hotel cancelled my room and four others reserved for my colleagues because they insisted on receiving my credit card details through their own website — contrary to the standard procedure recommended by Hotels.com. I regularly book over 120 nights per year through Hotels.com, and my reservations — including the credit card guarantee — always work smoothly. But not with this hotel. So be cautious when booking here.
In itself it would be nice if it wasn't for the fact that there are so many hooded people that it feels like we are in another country.. Even the ones with the little window in front of their eyes. maybe just a coincidence but honestly, I prefer something else.
