Friendly staff, room comfortable ( classic) great shower. We had to pay for the parking and walk along the side of a busy road, no pavement, very dangerous. The hotel is clean and the breakfast could be better, dinner is much better, great chef, the roast pork was delicious. Too many steps for the elderly to go to the lower level. No games room, big mistake. The evening entertainment by the singing and dancing entertainers was superb. They need to come to the "Edinburgh Festival."

Great expérience at this hotel! The team is friendly, rooms are clean and cozy. We had cleaning everyday. The pools are clean and thank you for the gym! Sea view from the hotel is a "must" to sea. Special thanks to Benni and Nicolo from the restaurant team! Always friendly and taking care of our small group. Also thanks to the lady at the restaurant reception! She speaks French and recognised a from the first day! Very professional. Also I appreciated the chef that served meat and fich at the dinner! Thanks to him I discovered the names of new fich. One minus-fruits!! They are just green with no flavour.

Great location in the picturesque bay of Porticello, so the views are a huge plus. However, the hotel/resort wasn’t our cup to tea (it was a mix of time shares and all inclusive) we stayed in their villas which are tucked away somewhat from the rest of the resort so a bit more peaceful but the rooms are very basic and dated, and the morning of check out we had no water. The Luxury Beach Club was pleasant enough when we had loungers right by the sea where it was more peaceful, but I can’t say we’ll be in rush to book again. Food offerings did not match the location a place like this could offer, so we tended to dine elsewhere nearby. Some friendly staff that were happy to help but depended who you spoke to/who could speak even basic English.
