Congratulations to the manager and the entire staff! We stayed for 5 days, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. The quality of customer service and attention to detail far exceeded our expectations. My mother, who is a senior, was delighted. The facilities were clean and beautiful, and a bonus was the restaurant and live music—the food was delicious! This is definitely our favorite spot for future visits to Mexico City.
Amazing experience! The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The food is fantastic and you can’t beat the terraza-vibes. Make sure to check out the live music! Management and staff are all top-notch.
Rooms were super cute, small, and aesthetic. Service was 10/10 super sweet people. Location was excellent to walk to eateries/stores. They even offered a package deal to go to La Basilica & Teotihuacan pyramids w/ included breakfast and the balloon rides experience. The driver Beto who took us was super sweet, reliable, respectful, and just 10/10. I would for sure recommend.
