Domitys La Badiane

I had a great stay at this hotel in Marseille! The hotel was very clean and felt completely safe. It is located in an excellent area of the city, making it easy to explore. But the best part was the secure parking, which gave me peace of mind knowing my car was safe. Highly recommend!

The room was a little small, but enough for a couple for a night. Although the vetilation system from the bathroom was quite loud and we could hear it through the walls (if you are light sleeper be wary of this). Besides that the location is quite good, close to the old port by foot and to the Place Saint Julien which is a cool place to grab a drink or dinner. Although, we came by car and there was no more space in the parking of the hotel. This was unexpected since we had to take a parking outside and added an extra cost for the overall price of the room. Overall, do not expect an out of the world experience in this hotel, since its part of a hotel chain the service is fair and the breakfast is great, but that's about it.

I chose this hotel as the accor website indicated they have parking. Well they may have but my compact Renault scenic is apparently too large to fit (despite calling them ahead of my stay and confirming i can park). Very disappointing as there were better options (with no parking) when i booked. The room was also very noisy (close to the street) but that is not their fault
