Résidence with a large swimming pool slightly heated. The room is equipped with all nécessaires and the view from the balcony is superb. The doorway and all the public areas are well maintained. There is a direct path to the beach secured with a coded door - very convenient for residence guests. The residence is also well located with top rated local restaurants and crêperies within a walking distance (5-10 mins max). Public parking in front of the residence but better to check with the host whether there is a parking underground including when booking the stay.
Clean. Well maintained. Superb views and in a premium location.
Booked the apartment then had a message telling us to cancel as they wished to rent it at a higher price and asked us to rebook. We contested this as our booking was confirmed. They have now let someone else book the apartment. Avoid booking with these scammers
