I've stayed at this hotel twice and both experiences were excellent. The room with Neckar view is lovely. All the staff at this hotel are courteous and helpful. I hope to visit here again sometime.
Great place to stay. Very friendly staff and wonderful breakfast.
The hotel is pretty and everyone very nice and caring! They have amazing wine in bar! But the WiFi is openly bad impossible to work! (one almost hears the sound of the 14kbps modem in the background!), and the pillows and duvets could use an uplift. The duvets are synthetic and do not regulate well the temperature, and the pillows are dramatically synthetic, cheap and airy and this makes them less comfortable for the sleep.
