I had a great time, very clean, fantastic staff and a fantastic dinner inside the Spa. The experiment started with us last night and I must say it was really successful, everything was perfectly perfect... congratulations

It was not as described by gruppalia, it was on the outskirts of Perugia, not in the green heart, the fruit basket and chapangne, was nothing more than two fruit skewers and a glass of prosecco. 89€ per couple for the service offered seemed exaggerated to me, the spa was nothing more than a tiny sauna and a hot tub. The room was small, the massages were paid and expensive. Let's say it doesn't deserve the 4 stars

We purchased coupons with Groupon but at the time of booking we were informed that the rooms relating to the offer (junior suite) were sold out but a superior suite was possible with a supplement of €30. On their website it describes the superior room on the top floor of the hotel with a private lift and maximum privacy. It's a shame that when we arrive we immediately realize that the hotel described on the internet does not exist. There are no superior suites. All are juniors, all the same. Having had the opportunity to meet other guests of the facility, we realized that everyone had been told the same thing...the 12 junior suites in the offer were sold out but for €30 more you could have one of the only two superior ones. (which don't exist!!!) We leave the facility after having agreed not to pay the €30 difference for a room that doesn't exist. It's a shame that after only 30 minutes the €30 was charged to our credit card without any authorization!!!!!! now our lawyer will do the rest. Spa center, ridiculous. Dirty, cold. You should be ashamed
