We found the hotel amazing in every way…. Perfect service, lovely rooms, great views and location…. Nothing to fault. And Sisi at reception was so helpful in every way….

For the status (stars), reputation and high prices, one would expect a fireplace in the superior double, a free espresso at breakfast, less noise among rooms, much much better matrices and not to call everyday for amenities that were forgotten... At least the employees are really polite and helpful. Location is central and parking is easy. Rooms are ok, spacious BUT all the above make me give it 3 stars.

Came with a academy trip. Kind but overworked and tired staff. Cold rooms. Bad owner decisions for maximum profit. Felt like owner was doing us a favor instead of serving paying customers. Water pump constantly making noise. The shower water changes periodically from scorching hot to ice cold every few seconds. Needs good timing to take a shower Internet connectivity was nonexistent in our room. Slow and unstable connection in the lounge.
