This is a beautiful hotel with really kind and helpful staff. It is spotless clean, gorgeous interiors. The hotel is small and very quiet and bed was very comfortable. There is a lovely pool area upstairs overlooking the cathedral in parish square. My friend and I stayed here for 1 week and could not fault it. Thanks for a lovely stay.
OMS Boutique Hotel in Mellieħa was a true gem. What I loved most was its picturesque location – right by a quiet, charming square, away from the crowds and noise. It offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, yet it was still close enough to explore everything the area has to offer. The design of the hotel is absolutely beautiful – modern, tasteful, and thoughtfully curated. You can tell that a lot of care went into creating a stylish yet comfortable space. Breakfast was another highlight, served at the nearby Square restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious, and the setting added to the experience, making each morning feel special. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with character, comfort, and a serene location, DOMS is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!
What I liked is the location, probably the best in town. Plus the pool, very small but I enjoyed having it. So for these 2 I am adding an extra star. What I did not like? Where do I start? - Very noisy, day and night. I am a light sleeper, but my husband is not, he could sleep through war. But not here. It was awful. You could hear everyone talk and move the furniture like you are in a hostel - No receptionist so you will checkin yourself, we were lucky to find one for a few hours next day and good thing we did because the breakfast is in another building, another restaurant so if you are not lucky, you won't find it - how is the breakfast? Well, very oily but I have to be honest, the food is awful everywhere in this country so it's normal - the hotel very very SMELLY. They take the trash out with the only elevator there is. No issue. BUT DON'T LEAVE IT THERE. It always STINKS, in the lobby, on the elevator, on the stairs. You CAN'T escape the smell
