Domus 47 Pompei

I was very satisfied! The room was spacious and the bed, with latex pillows, was very comfortable. The coffee maker is perfect for those who love drip coffee, and water and snacks are provided for breakfast. The kitchen, with induction stove and microwave, was well-equipped. The real highlight was the giant, fully functional hot tub, large enough for four people, and the spacious shower for two. The hot water came on promptly, and the air conditioning made the stay even more comfortable. The parking was very convenient, safe, and close to the property. The host was helpful and friendly.

The owner of this property is awful, I paid for a room and was turned away because it wasn't ready until the next night, which did not help me. She is unwilling to give me a refund even though she did not have a place for me to stay. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company, but she's a real piece of work if you know what I mean. **Since I left this review she responded by saying she was going to give me a refund but now she's mad about this review so no refund. She also claims in her response that she told me she only needed 30 minutes to get the room ready. What actually happened is that while I was driving around looking for her property she called and told me in no uncertain terms that it was not available at all until the next night. Apparently after we hung up she started messaging me through booking.com saying never mind she just needs 30 minutes. I didn't get those messages until way later because I was busy trying to find a place to sleep, and also that is not a great way to contact someone. Especially after you told them to move on. Like I said, awful.
