Everything was super in this hotel! The lady who was the concierge was very friendly, polite and helpful! She provided us with anything we needed and also gave us advice for our trip. The location in the city is also very great, because it is near the colosseum and forum romanum. You have different restaurants and shops nearby and also the metro station and bus station. We are thankful for the time in Rome and in this hotel!
We truly loved staying here. The location was amazing for visiting so many of the sites. Anna, is truly wonderful and helpful. She made our stay, and we highly recommend staying there if you're visiting Rome. It can be a little hard to find if you are a newcomer to Rome.
Most amazing experience! We arrived very early and were able to leave our luggages there until check in. Vania and Anna were the most attentive and helpful host's. Helped us with taxis, direccions, maps, and any question we had. They brought breakfast to our room at the time we needed which was great, because as you all know our days are planned from early visiting. Hotel was very close to the colosseum, the metro, as well as the termini for trains. We walked every day even late at night after late dinner and was very safe. We were concerned because we were only 3 women but nothing to worry about the area is great. Looking forward to visiting you again Domus Real Cardello
