Hello, today, August 5, 2025, we stayed at this hotel for three days and I'm very happy. I saw the lunch menu and it wasn't fried at all, but it's true that the dinner was very simple, but there are bourgeois Chinese restaurants and the cafeteria closes at 10:00 PM. For me, it's not a problem because I was going there. But the food was good, really. It's a hotel you can afford to stay in. The air conditioning, if it cools, is fine in the room. I don't like a cold room either. The hotel is fine, I recommend it.
The reservation was changed by the property to the next day hours before we arrived. I call the hotel and been told the place is full booked ,on the top of that i been charged for the cancellation of the reservation next day. No place to sleep that nigth. Horrible sperience .
During the summer holidays rota of employees the moody receptionist doesn't help at all and he's very rude. The rest of employees are alight, without excelling, but good. Rooms are very modest but clean. If any equipment (TV, internet or AC) they will remain faulty as manager won't do anything at all. Treatment is without any courtesy. Moody and rude. During the rest of the year all is a bit better, friendly and helpful. Don't go there is August is my advise.
