Don Carlos Marbella

Beautiful brand new renovated hotel! The most amazing beaches of your life a brand new lush, full beautiful chairs. They just renovated this hotel and although they're working out their operational issues, this is a beautiful location located right with Nikki Beach right in front and a new brand new beach club as well. That's a super relaxing. All of the rooms are brand new and gorgeous and upgraded, and I was really happy with the team and the stay! This hotel really cares about their profits and reinvest their profits back into the business. Very close to all the great restaurants as well.

Our stay at Don Carlos was truly exceptional. The service, the room, the breakfast & most importantly, the concierge team (Meri and the rest of the team, plus the amazing nightshift team; Nadia ) - made it unforgettable. It was my best friend’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. They were so accommodating. You know how the small things end up being everything? For me, this was exactly that. I love when a place puts in those thoughtful little gestures and extra touches. Even when we asked for the simplest things, they were always so generous with their effort + For the Muslim community: there’s a bidet "شطاف" 🙌 Definitely staying here again when I’m back in Marbella

It’s a great hotel, well maintained, beautiful decoration, two restaurant options (my 4 and not 5 rating, is related to the food at the hotel restaurants). The breakfast buffet is amazing with plenty of choices. The swimming pool menu though, could be improved with lighter, healthier and fresher options as saldas, seafood finger food plates, etc. The staff all throughout the hotel is very attentive and nice. All of them very friendly and attentive to kids. I would like to leave my top rating to the Kid’s Club and its team. We have travelled around, have experienced very nice kid’s clubs, but this one has to be the best! The space was fantastic, the entertainment tools and toys were very good, and the team was really and genuinely amazing! I had the chance to speak to most of them, have observed them with my son and would like to leave my big thank you to Jan, Marta, Veneris, Miriam, Celia, Noe and Mar. It was the first time in years that my son has chosen the kids club over the pool or the beach, and has repeatedly asked to go back to it. It is a fantastic team and a fantastic space.
