It was my first stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised with the helpfulness of the whole staff - I have seen different. The rooms were tidy, not very big but sufficient. Breakfast and dinner were all right, dinner could have offered a little more variety of meals, though. A big plus were the ATM´s inside the hotel. The only small minus was the nearby street which was populated by traffic almost the whole night - so make sure you take earplugs with you. I had a room on the top floor (16th) but still could hear the vehicles passing by. All in all the expectations were met. Thank you! Spasiba!
Soviet style rooms. Need to be updated to modern look! No electric outlets near your bed for gadgets :-( No free pens and notebooks for guests. No bottle opener. Goals: location of this hotel is nice - in the center of city. Very rich and tasty breakfasts. Definitely five stars to courteous staff.
Disgusting hotel. Dirty rooms with smell of socks and sweat, dirty bathroom. Breakfast restaurant was not opened in time, with few minutes delay. Personnel in the restaurant scolded each other in spite of visitors. The only positive moment is various and tasty breakfast. Don't want to stay in this hotel next time.
