Donatello Hotel

Perfect location, Lovely staffs Aakriti and Pandiyan always take good care of my room. Manger Ali is a warm person. Sampath cleaned my place carefully as well. I enjoy to stay this place. But if you are a gym lover, it can be a little be disappointed. 😉😅

Aside from having large rooms, I can fully say the stay wasn’t worth the value. The room requires some serious upgrades, especially bathroom facilities. The bed can be better by having an actual large bed, instead of 2 large beds put together to make 1 super large bed. However, the cleaning staff were excellent. Maybe the front desk response rate can improve - it took 4 requests (every 45mins) to make a request happen. Some sports match seemed more important than assisting house guests. Would be happy to give them a try again, though, if they had some improvements, and price was more adequate.

The restaurant at this hotel was disappointing. The food options were limited to one country’s cuisine, despite the fact that the hotel hosts guests from all over the world. A more international menu would make the dining experience much better for everyone.
