The hotel with all suite rooms. Well crafted spaces, just that the attached toilets lower the value and ratings, they need an immediate special attention and reform. The staff is helpful. In the vicinity of the airport, nearby small market space and food options are available, though very limited. Good fitness centre.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Unfortunately, I had to stay here due to work. I don’t even know where to begin. First of all, do not come here expecting hygiene. The rooms are not properly cleaned, nor are the clothes you hand over, or the pillows and duvets in the room. I got sick during my stay here. Aside from the reception, if you need help from any other hotel staff — good luck. You can never find anyone to assist you. I had to call reception multiple times just to reach other departments because no one ever answers the phone. They don’t even bother to pick up. Especially if you’re a foreigner like me, they often don’t understand what you’re saying or pretend to understand just to end the conversation. When you ask something, they say “we’ll let you know” but they never follow up on anything. You constantly have to chase after everything yourself, which adds extra stress to your stay. In short, if you want them to do their job, you have to push them like a babysitter. One evening, while I was alone in my room with the curtains open, they sent the maintenance staff up to my window for cleaning. The technician began scraping the window with a tool, and I was startled awake by the loud noise. It was late, and despite the open curtain clearly showing someone was in the room, they proceeded without care. It felt as if they hated the guests and were trying to drive us away from the hotel. Also, whenever there’s a wedding at the hotel (which happens quite often), children run and scream through the hallways, ringing doorbells and running away. Neither the parents — who are also guests at the hotel — nor the hotel management do anything about it. Hospitality was an absolute zero here. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If I ever have to return here, I will submit a formal report to my company to avoid staying again.
