It's in a convenient location within the city. There's an Aeon Mall next door and a 7-Eleven nearby, so you won't have any inconveniences. The hotel entrance front desk is also great. There's a gym on the second floor (although I didn't use it), which I thought was great. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All amenities are provided, but there is no washlet in the toilet and no bathtub. The breakfast is entirely Chinese and there isn't much variety. There were no raw vegetables either. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us a welcome drink such as Coke, but if you request a cold one, they will bring you one that is properly cold. Above all, the price is around 300 yen, so it's reasonable and perfect for business.
Looks nice from the outside, but the rooms are old, musty. Carpets look like they had a flood on each floor, all stretched out and wavy. Hard to even roll your suitcase to the room. Nice mall next door. I think the reason this hotel even has any business is because there is a spa, club and KTV on premise. All crindge worthy. Stay away.
