Donners Hotell

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment offered by Donners Hotell in central Visby. This newly renovated unit is surprisingly spacious, clean in design, and highly affordable—especially for larger groups. For around 1500 SEK per night, up to eight people can comfortably stay here thanks to its three separate bedrooms and a large living room with a sofa bed. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need: a modern kitchen with all appliances, a stylish bathroom with washer and dryer, and a cozy common area with a large TV and dining space. The location is excellent, right in the old town, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Upon arrival, we noticed that the cleaning had been subpar, but the issue was swiftly addressed. After mentioning it to the front desk, the hotel arranged an extra cleaning without hesitation. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay, which made a big difference. This apartment is a great choice for families or groups of friends looking for comfort, space, and value in Visby.

Nice little hotel, excellent staff with a great breakfast to start the day off

Breakfast was the only thing which we likes about the hotel. Rest all was down the drain. Family rooms were on a separate facility. They were on the 4th floor with no lift. So imagine carrying all that bags and kids to the 4th floor! Will never go back here. Was forced to book this as the clarion besides was fully booked!
