I spent a Spa Day at this hotel. My first impression was one of excellent customer service. I was made to feel very welcome. The facilities (health club, spa, pool and the wet rooms, changing rooms) were spotlessly clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my time of relaxation here and would highly recommend the Spa Day, great value for money in a beautiful setting. I wished I had more time there. Was a real treat and lovely experience. A special thank you to the staff whose service made it extra special.
My best friend booked a day for me and her for my hen do. Place was beautiful, staff was amazing, delicious food. Amazing spa treatments. Felt so relaxed after! Definitely coming here again
We had booked an afternoon spa retreat. The hot tub wasn't in use, but we had been advised of this the day before. The facilities were fairly small, with not a huge amount of beds but enough at the time we went. The pool was ice cold. The afternoon tea that we had as part of our retreat left a lot to be desired. The staff were friendly though and the leg massage was lovely.
