Big boy burger is deluxe. Good girth on it. Bubble n squeak’s salad looked sensational too. Rooms were great for the price, especially with a little one. Playground and renovated railway station (think Thomas the Tank HQ) across the road is the best I’ve seen in WA. Glad we spent a night on trip from Perth to Denmark. 5 star experience for all
A busy country town pub with all of the quintessential Australian quirks of locals and travellers. A simple but sun filled beer garden is a nice alternative to the dark carven of a dining room. Meals are generous and prices as expected. Staff are officious yet friendly. Just across from the Apple Park it's a pretty good stop with kids.
Meals were good and serving size huge, BUT there was a 25 minute delay between serving the first and last person on our table ( 5 people). Last person served just had Fish and Chips, so I can't explain this. No explanation or apology. Otherwise good.
