Dorint Airport Hotel Zürich

Excellent hotel to stay. I stayed only for a night, but the stay was very comfortable. Excellent service. Even though I had checked out from the hotel, my missed baggage from airline was collected and kept safe without any questions. Definitely recommend as it’s very near to airport and affordable in that area.

The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minutes from the Zurich Airport. It is very clean. The room we stayed is standard with a TV, refrigerator, kettle, a desk, and a sofa. The bed is firm. The pillows are not. Room is cleaned daily. I was shocked when I heard an attempt to come into my room. Realized it was room service. The bar is spacious. Restaurant is very nice, spacious and serve great food. Aside from a forgettable ✔️ in, we enjoyed our stay. The lady who ✔️ us in deliberately wanted to restrict us to floor 1! She even told me that the 1st floor is where we only had the type of room we selected. I refused to accept that having listened to how she related to others while waiting for our room. Meanwhile, we came 50 minutes early! Finally had to call my wife who then said, "we avoid 1st floor, please." Suddenly, she then said "let me see what I can do." Then, 5th floor suddenly was available! While my wife said thank you, I wasn't impressed. I walked away angrily. I will recommend the hotel but, I suggest we are given options to choose from and not restricted to the whims of the hotel employee.
