This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it certainly won’t be my last. The property is situated in a charming neighborhood, offering both convenience and a welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who were not only professional but also courteous and attentive. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of size and comfort—it was spacious, tastefully furnished, and provided a cozy environment, even though I spent most of my time exploring the city. Throughout my stay, the service remained consistently high. The staff demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, it was a thoroughly pleasant experience, and I look forward to returning on future visits.

Yes, there are investments to be made into the rooms. Especially the bathrooms. The carpets and curtains are even horrendous at times. But the entrance is grand, the breakfast absolutely ok, service very friendly and helpful and the location evidently unbeatable when the fair or stadium is your destination. 4 stars is a bit too much, but 3 isn't justified either.

We booked a room with one double bed. When we arrived this was not available. With some difficulties they compensated us with a welcome drink. The room was fine but the shower was a bit blocked so the bad filled itself slowly. Breakfast was good.
