5 stars – Outstanding service and kindness I had to leave earlier than planned due to an unexpected emergency at work, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to support me. I called the reception, explained the situation, and they immediately understood – they even waived the extra charges and made check-out completely smooth. Special thanks to Marcel from the front office for the kind and quick email replies. Rooms are clean, the location is great, and the team is not only professional but genuinely kind. As a doctor traveling with a cat and driving 8+ hours, I felt taken care of in the best way. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely return if I’m ever in Augsburg again

We stayed for 2 nights over Christmas (23-25.12) in the Junior Suite. We found the quality/price ration truly amazing: around 120€ per night (without breakfast) and we had a gigantic room on the 34tg floor. The view is obviously the best part, I could catch a great sunrise. The hotel itself is a bit old fashioned, but everything works and is clean (except a bit of dust) and the service and amenities are very good. We could also use the sauna, which is free for all guests and has one Finnish sauna, a relaxing room and an outside area. Because we said that we don’t want cleaning for 2 days, we got vouchers for the bar. Overall a great experience!

If you are a BLACK PERSON visiting Augsburg DO NOT go to this hotel!!! Horrible absolutely horrible experience. You literally see the hatred and prejudice oozing from the front agent skin. They have all black people cleaning the rooms so they treat black guests well. The only thing about the hotel was their Breakfast. This is the dirty room they tried to give me.
