Very nice and cosy hotel for a reasonable price. Service is very good, breakfast is also very good. We enjoyed the business trip with a group of people.
Overall I must say that I really like this Hotel. I stayed here for taking admission tests and asked to be in a preferably quiet area of the hotel. Staff considered this even at arrival. I am super happy for that. The room that I stayed in was spacious enough for me and had a good climate control system that worked well. This is unfortunately not the case everywhere, but it is here. The walls are thick and I would say that you can count on it being quiet at night for sure. The food that is offered is also great and fresh (I only had breakfast) here. Location wise I am a big fan of this hotel also. It ensures for a more secluded feeling and also gives you peace and quiet especially for being so close to Frankfurt. Can recommend and would go again.
Very disappointed with my overall experience at the hotel. Check-in experience was horrendous, very cold. Need to work on their customer service skills. I was not informed about any services (gym, wifi and etc) The room was ok, however there were stains on the bedsheet and there was an unpleasant smell from the bedsheets, however the bathroom was very clean. I found it absolutely shocking that the hotel staff decided to turn off the Mini fridge whilst they were cleaning the room, they left a note saying it’s because to save the environment or something. Unacceptable! It was hot and we wanted to keep some water in the fridge, which we obviously couldn’t do so. They did offer to leave anything we need chilled at the reception, however that’s very inconvenient. I never had a hotel going into a room and turn off something whilst they were supposed to clean the room. The cleaning staff also did not really clean anything other than make up the bed. I will never stay at this embarrassment of a hotel again. To the admin who is going to read this and try to respond don’t bother, there is simply no justification for this behaviour. Never again! 0/10
