I stayed here for 7 nights during a business trip, and it was a good choice. The hotel is new and very close to the train station – just a 3-minute walk, which made getting around Munich very easy. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, though after a few days it got a bit boring since the items were the same every day. The only downside was that there wasn't enough wardrobe space in the room. Overall, I’d stay here again for a business trip

To share, the individual service was excellent. But as a hotel, the quality of service is poor For example, for the three nights, we're here, they were understaffed When the rooftop restaurant was to be open, they were closed. Because help was not available My issue is not with the staff, but with the hotel management I wish they were doing better at making sure amenities are open, when scheduled.. For 2 of the three nights, the rooftop and lobby bar restaurant was closed due to no staff available In addition, the charging for coffee in that lobby is not good This should be an expectation of being free. Not a paid amenity I hope in the future they could approve the management's performance
