This is a good hotel, great location. Could not be more central! The staff is wonderful, especially Cuma Kazci. He goes above and beyond to make each stay memorable. Even if we just come for a tea or drink before a show. He embodies exceptional customer service and we always love seeing him. Definitely recommend this Hotel as I think it is the best in Mannheim.
We come to Germany each year and always stay at the Dorint. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sela makes the best omelettes and is so nice. Jacqueline is outgoing and friendly and always remembers our names. It's a pleasure to chat with her.
I have stayed at this hotel probably 12 times in the last three years. The check-in goes very smooth (especially if Charlotte is helping you), the breakfast is superb each morning (Sila makes the best omlettes and Jacqueline's cheery greeting is very welcoming) and the draft beers and schnapps served up by Jawal at the bar each evening complete the day. The location is right at the Wasserturm and the Planken are across the street. The only reason is this isnt a five star review is the air conditioning desperately needs some attention. It basically doesnt work but they do have large windows that open
