Amazing experience!!! This is our home... We have been coming here once a year for 20 years (this time we came from Seoul, Korea and stopped in Zurich to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary) and we will continue to come here every year... once or twice a year. The hotel manager, Ralph, is an amazing person... a dear man and an excellent professional... Congratulations on that.

The staffs were very friendly. The hotel and room were well maintained for an old hotel. Four stars for these. However, the frogs were a big problem for me. My god, a whole load of frogs were having a concert all through the night! And I could not sleep at all as they were so noisy. I did not close the balcony doors because there is no A/C or fan, had to keep them open for air circulation and keeping the room cool cos it’s summer, but those frogs… 2 stars for sleep conduciveness. I hope you can hear how loud the croaking are in google review videos.
