It’s one of the best hotels for sure! Incredible view as in the room ( so rarely you can be in bed and enjoy the view from the window and as in terrace and restaurant!) I love view and this hotel probably the best! Completely calm relaxing place, just nature around! The service as in reception as in restaurant are very attentive and polite! Hope to come again! Thank you all crew there!
The man by the reception in the evening of 27.03.22 (around 20.00) was extremely unfriendly. We have stayed at many hotels but have never received such an impolite check-in experience before. The man also said we cannot use the pool or sauna. Our room was okay. We liked having a balcony and a bathtub. Be aware that there is no kettle in the room and we also had to charge our phones in the bathroom. Breakfast was very tasty and the restaurant area has beautiful view on the hills and lake. The lady in the morning of 28.03.22 by the reception was very nice and offered us to use the pool after check-out but unfortunately we already had made other plans..
STAY AWAY! The website said this place was 3g and we booked a room just to spend 4 hours there and finding a sitter for our 3 children but we were sent away to get a covid test as if they were operating under 2g rules which ate up our first hour. We came for the spa and hot tub but there is one crowded sauna, a cold (but very nice) pool and the hot tub was out if order. Our room had spiders and other bugs and the "garden view" was a view of the rooftop of the first floor and the view from other parts of the hotel where you cab see "the river" is more of a dirt mound surrounded by water. The reservation stated the restaurant wasn't always open so to email if we were interested in dinner and of course we did thinking we could order from a menu and there was a Buffet available that we were charged for that we didn't eat at. We paid 200 euro for a date that went horribly wrong and went out to eat and checked out early after being there for only a few hours. The front desk woman wasn't sure on a lot of things and I think some of the things that went wrong were her not knowing her job.
