Dorint Thermenhotel Freiburg

A serene retreat with excellent amenities! It is nestled a bit remote from downtown Freiburg in a tranquil forest, so consider taking a cab or car. Every corner seems well-renovated. Modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Not sure how it is during the summer though, I did not find air conditioning but ventilators are provided. I presume it might be getting hot on the upper floors. The thermal baths are a highlight, providing relaxation and rejuvenation. Very friendly staff and a varied buffet, excellent menu options in the restaurant.

Rooms don't have AC and it becomes hot on the higher floor or hot days. Really good service friendly and helped me a lot don't be afraid to ask them. Location really good nature for walks and next to the Thermenhotel. Food : they have really good dishes but some of them are unfortunately not on the same level. Really good breakfast has everything u need. Dinner would be better if u could at least choose or if the other dishes would be on the same level.

The hotel looks good but service was awful, as a Becker patient, staff looks at you as if you had 3 heads, even though half the people there are on crutches i called to have breakfast as room service and the server had no idea what iwas talking about, even though its literally in their brochure, he was just like ' i dont know what you want so i cant get you that', whole atmosphere was very hostile, its sad to see especially when Becker patients keep this place afloat. hope the clinic will build its own place & future patients wont have to deal with that
