An excellent hotel in Porto, good location with 15 minutes walks to major attractions such as the Book Store. Parking facility is available. There are also some nice restaurants around the hotel. Good value for money and highly recommended.

Positives — beautiful hotel, I have 0 complaints about the property. Have a restaurant on-site and nice clean rooms Negatives — I had an issue with pricing. I booked online using hotels.com and accidentally listed 2 guests on the reservation. I contacted hotels.com and the hotel to correct this and seek a refund for the charge for the extra guest. Hotels.com showed the refund amount that would be issued but said I needed to contact the property because (my same room) isn’t available. During check in the property said the price is the same which was not what was shown online or through the chat with hotels.com. Hotels.com said they needed to speak with the hotel. After they spoke with the hotel they let me know that the hotel refused the refund request because “the price is the same for two guests” which I can see is not true. I tried to correct this more than a week before arriving, the day I arrived and during the duration of my stay. Photos show the same exact booking with one and two guests and how the prices are different which contradicts what the hotel stated. Overall this was a disappointing experience because I felt like this hotel overcharged me and lied about their pricing
