This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted by friendly staff (Haser and Tiago). During my stay Tiago was amazing. I don't think he understood how much his kindness meant to me. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. Now the room was perfect. It was clean, modern, comfortable. The towels soft and luxurious. Breakfast had a variety from Portugese pastel de natas to cereal.
This review is based on three-night stay. Check in: smooth and welcoming. Loaction: perfect. Close to a lot of cafe/restaurants, supermarkets and walking distance to the center. Room: in terms size, relatively big. Clean and comfy. Bed is big and pillows are perfect. The tiny French style balcony was so beautiful. Wifi: l was at the 2nd floor and the wifi connection was poor. This needs improvement. Breakfast: products are fresh, and the variety is relatively good. However, there are too many pastry products, cakes, and desserts.
Good central city hotel. Pleasant staff, clean throughout. Adequate breakfast. Convenient for Trinadade metro station. Traffic is quite noisy at night time, due to narrow streets outside.
