My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel. Literally across from the beach with breathtaking views. The staff is so kind, helpful and delightful. All where very attentive and we so appreciated the wonderful customer service, cleanliness of hotel, prompt room service. We cannot say enough about how wonderful of a time we had. From the delicious coffee to the excellent receptionists. Many thanks and we look forward to returning. Laura and Isabel
The staff was very attentive from reception to amenities personal. I was not comfortable for the first night in my room due to adjacent noise. The staff (Andrea) immediately upgraded me to a better room at zero additional cost. Breakfast was good, and the location of the hotel is close to most touristic sites. Recommended
I'm not sure how it got its 4 star status Perhaps it was given when it was first built but has gone down hill since then The sound insulation is almost non existent. You can hear the water running in the room next door The one lad who checked us in was very helpful Of course as always it is the hard product that is lacking but the staff are very helpful and sweet The water pressure is very good in the shower but if you turn it to full, the shower head goes flying making it wet everywhere The bath floor is really slippery and there is no handrail to hold on to in case you slip. Making getting in and out of the bath/shower quite slippery and precarious The bed is quite small for a star hotel and the mattress has not been replaced. It has dips in it making it really uncomfortable to sleep on We woke up with pain all over my body and also pins and Needless. Of course that's specific to me, might not be an issue for someone else There would've been enough space to put bigger, newer beds in to make it more comfortable It is a good option for staying near the sea so long as you know what the negatives
