Dorma Ágora Caceres

We stayed in the terrace room and was absolutely fantastic! The room is fairly big the terrace is huge, shade in the morning and plenty of sunshine during the afternoon! Very comfortable,the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly… very welcoming, it seems to be the Extremadura way top hospitality! Thank you very much for making holidays in beautiful Cáceres even better!!

Friendly reception, the rooms are spacious and clean ,the location is great for the old town . The only reason I haven't given 5 Stars is apart from breakfast at €13 per person ,which was ok but not 4star standard ,there was no other available coffee or drinks beverages ,as the bar never opened and there were no option of lunch or evening dinning , Now I find this odd as there were lovely places to sit but you couldn't take a beverage there ! So how did it get it's 4star hotel status 🤷🏼‍♀️ 3 yes

A bit taty and old so not really a 4 star hotel. Some basic amenities missing, fridge was not cold, just room temperature. However the lady at reception was really friendly and welcoming, she even made an effort to understand and speak our language which was very positive. Had to go to check in counter several times as card key would stop working randomly. Breakfast was really nice, we paid 13€ per person. Parking was a little over €14 and car had to go down on an elevator which was rather small for our car.
