Fabulous apartments with great service. Very friendly staff. We had 510 last apartment near back gate and gym. Near enough to the pool but quiet for relaxing on our veranda.

Amazing suite!! Full apartment to ourselves. Very clean. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, fresh towels, and soaps available in the suite. The view is amazing! The pool is closed during winter but we defo will return in summer. The cats especially the orange beautiful cat we call Garfield has made our stay more enjoyable! We allowed the cats to come inside, they’re very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property is beautiful upscale and feels very safe However there were a few disappointing aspects of the experience Upon check-in the amount charged was different from what was shown on Booking Additionally the front desk staff member was unprofessional and dismissive instead of answering my questions politely he laughed and mocked the requests saying things like "do it yourself" The luggage assistance service was also quite slow When we were checking out they said they couldn’t help with the luggage because it was Sunday which seemed unreasonable But overall I do recommend staying here as the rooms the living area and the kitchen make it a nice family-friendly place and I would definitely visit again One remarkable aspect is that the front desk staff spoke English well which is rare to find there making communication much easier
