Happy to give full marks here. For the category and location this hotel is, it provided all that was expected. Room (401) nice and comfortable, with balcony. Receptionists very nice to deal with. Breakfast also on the level expected - maybe would have liked more egg options. If passing Linz in future, we’ll be happy to stay here again.

Basic hotel, or better a luxury hostel…built up with the typical new concept of squared building that maximises the use of the space. Location is ok if you have a car. Rooms are basic and clean, but the material chosen gives already the worn out feeling. Breakfast is poor, and way too expensive considering the poor choice and average quality. They work hard but are understaffed too so, expect table still to be cleaned in abundance. Wi-Fi is ok, but common areas are cheap and it’s incredible that they haven’t think to provide plugs to plug your laptop. Great garage. Overall overpriced for the less than average experienced provided, hotels are something different.

The hotel itself is fine, with decent rooms and a location that is slightly away from the city center. However, the staff were extremely unhelpful and discourteous. We accidentally left a small bag with our belongings, and when we called to arrange picking it up on our return, we were repeatedly transferred from one person to another and constantly told to “call back later,” clearly just to get rid of us. We also sent an email, but received no reply and no assistance whatsoever. It became evident that the items were simply kept. The experience was made even worse by a particularly unpleasant receptionist who was on duty on August 3rd at 1:20 PM. She ultimately hung up on me. Had she not been so blatantly rude and unprofessional, I would not have written this review—but we were genuinely shocked by her behavior.
