Really nice hotel! 😊 Great location, just a short walk to the subway🚇 , which makes getting around super easy. If you don’t feel like paying €25 for hotel parking, there’s actually a public parking lot right next door for only €4 per day — total win! 🚗💸 The room was clean, tidy, and the bed was super comfortable — perfect after a long day of exploring. 🛏️✨ Would definitely stay here again!
Perfect hotel! The interior is modern and cozy. The rooms are clean. Breakfasts are delicious and varied. Near the hotel there is a jogging track and a place for walking dogs (by the way, we were with a dog and we were not charged). The metro is right under the hotel, but you can hardly hear it, even with the windows open. We will not hesitate to stay here next time.
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not match the description presented on Booking.com. Upon arrival, I was given a room with two single beds, even though I had booked a room with one large bed. When I raised the issue at reception, I was told that the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available at the time. However, I was assured that I would be moved to the correct room the following day. Despite this promise, I was never relocated during my entire stay. The room itself was shocking. It was clearly adapted for people with disabilities: a specially equipped toilet with handrails and a high backrest, an emergency call button with a long red cord both in the bathroom and in the room, and an extremely low sink with a plastic chair underneath. The setup felt more like a nursing facility than a hotel room. In addition, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell — a mix of medical disinfectants and stale air, reminiscent of long-term care institutions. On the day I arrived, it was 27°C outside, but the room’s ventilation and air conditioning were not functioning. The air was hot and stuffy, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The lighting in the room was also poor — only a dim light in the entryway and a strange multicolored strip light above the bed. There was also a small fridge, but it barely cooled anything and was practically useless. When I raised the issue again and pointed out that the room did not meet the standard of a four-star hotel, the staff told me that the hotel does not officially have any star rating, and that the “four stars” shown on Booking.com are just a user rating. As a frequent traveler with high status on Booking.com, I found this extremely misleading. During the four nights I stayed at the hotel, the room was never cleaned. No trash was taken out, no towels were replaced, and no toiletries were replenished. This is entirely unacceptable at any level of accommodation.
