We stayed May-2025. The room was spacious (more than the declared 17 m2), clean, comfortable, quiet, bright. It was a bit hot so we used the quiet ventilator supplied by the hotel - perfect. Free drinks. Free morning coffee (didn't have breakfast). Free parking (a bit difficult to park in the Tiefgarage) Central location - a few minutes to old center. All together - EXCELLENT
The room was average, next to the backyard and some kind of motor which made it hard to sleep. We felt very welcome though. The location is very close to the city center and the price reasonable.
The hotel is nice and the rooms are really good—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Breakfast was okay, and guy on the reception, with short hair, was especially kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the woman at the reception was quite rude. I went to breakfast and noticed there was no still water available. I politely asked if I could have a glass or bottle of water, and she responded quite bluntly, saying they don’t have any. When I asked if even a glass of tap water was possible, she replied, “You have it in your room,” in a dismissive tone. Some guests might need to take medication before eating, and this kind of attitude is really unacceptable, especially from someone working at the front desk.
