Dormero Hotel Burghausen

For a smaller town, this hotel was quaint. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Came with a large television, a mini fridge with free drinks (an apple juice, a beer, a cola, sparkling water and regular water). For the price, location and friendly staff I give it a five star

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was very tidy, modern and spacious. The room had a big bed and a clean bathroom. it had customizable LED lights that you could control remoutely and the room also had huge TV. Overall I had an amazing stay!!!!

I accidentally booked the wrong date and called the hotel right away. A staff member told me I could cancel through the platform. Based on that, I made a second booking with the correct date. Later, the hotel refused to cancel or change anything. Their emails were mean, rude, and completely contradictory to what I was told on the phone. Very disappointing experience. If they handle it properly, I may update this review.
