Really good service the rooms are really clean confortable espacialy when i asked the worker called Alex who works there for more historic information.
Had a fantastic time here. They are in the process of fully transitioning to the Domero name. The staff was incredible and so considerate. I had a bit of an issue getting into the room, but Sarina (I believe that was her name, but I forgot to write it down!) was fantastic. She always had a smile on her face, gave me some great tips for my first time in Europe, and I know I'll be back because of her great attitude and professionalism.
Not ready for prime time. Booked 4 nights, stayed three. Edgy neighborhood. 20 minute walk to Dom. 1st room had shower that didn't drain, no TV connection. Moved to 2nd room. No internet TV available in any room. Extremely warm no fans. Good bed and shower, large rooms. Great breakfast buffet and wonderful kitchen staff. Desk staff was mostly helpful, but infrequently there due to understaffed. Worms is not a tourist town. Better to stay in Speyer or Mainz and drive over. 1 great restaurant, Alt Ruderhaus, right on the Rhine watching barge traffic, great food and staff.
