Dormio Resort Costa Blanca Beach & Spa

We have visiting twice and are looking forward to our third visit soon. Really like the hotel. Reception and kids club staff and always friendly and helpful. Lots of great activities for the kids to do. Great to have the option of 2 bedroom apartments which make this really family friendly. Always found the place to be clean and well maintained.

Pictures are for marketing not actually what it looks like, nice but old and small, pool area and fitness way to small for the number of guest and no supervision, sunbeds are reserved, kids are playing with ball in spa area and fitness room very dirty and aircon is very poor. Nice view from large terrasse and nice with good sunbeds on the terrasse, kitchen missing many utilities and the apartment gets very dirty with no cleaning and the vacuum cleaner don't work properly. Tried breakfast once, very poor service and not worth coming back for. Minimarket ok. Location great with a fantastic beach within working distance. On the website there was advertising for water activities, but the reception never heard of it.

This place has absolutely NOTHING of a resort. They gave us a room for 4 people with a bathroom that had no divider, it was dirty, had no curtains, and every time we showered, the whole bathroom would flood. To sleep, they gave us a sofa bed with sheets for just one person — completely uncomfortable and with ZERO privacy! The balcony was filthy, as if someone had thrown the apartment's trash onto it. The receptionist was not friendly and barely spoke any English with guests. The photos on booking.com are completely FAKE! Avoid unpleasant surprises like ours. We asked for our money back that same day so we could go somewhere better, and they refused to refund us. We were forced to stay in this dump. If it was ever good… it definitely isn’t anymore. Our trip was ruined by this “resort.” We have filed a formal Complaint !!!!!!
