Dormio Resort Les Portes du Mont Blanc

had a wonderful stay at Dormio Resort Les Portes du Mont Blanc. The resort is very beautiful and clean, and all the staff were respectful and helpful. A special thanks to Ms. Sarah, who assisted us even after her working hours — we truly appreciated her kindness and dedication! One great feature is that the resort provides free train tickets to Chamonix city center, which made getting around so much easier. I also asked to extend my stay for an extra day, and the request was approved smoothly — excellent service! One small downside is that the resort allows pets, which may not be ideal for everyone. However, this did not affect the cleanliness or overall comfort of our stay. Thank you for a lovely experience — I truly hope to visit the resort again! 💙

We had a good stay due to the localisation and appartement size but with some negatives points. The mattress for the sofa bed was totally disformed and not usable for two people, the swimming pool water & especially room temperature was way too low (many people complained during our stay), the gym room was in bad condition, in the appartement several objects were falling appart (such as kitchen stuff, decoration, lamps etc..), generally the place was missing a huge maintenance and It was also impossible to reach the reception before our stay by phone during their opening time.

Very bad service, asked them if our room is OK so we would get our caution back, because we expected they would try to get extra out of our pockets. They said: No dont worry, it is oke, just go. 30 mins after we go away they call us how our room is "disasterous" (we left it normal). For this they want 80€. Dormio has the poorest service i have ever experienced. Not reccomend
