Great place to stay in and location is convenient. Lots of restaurants within walking distance with high google reviews. Booked the standard Double room. Amenities are great with hot spring bath and daily free ramen for supper, free prebiotic drinks daily, free ice cream, free massage chairs and drinks dispenser with many options. Also provides free laundry (washer + separate dryer) to use. You can also track the availability of the dryers and washers in your rooms from the TV which is incredibly awesome. Provides new towels daily on request but does not provide cleaning service (changing of bedsheets) which is common in most Japan’s hotels.
Nice location by the station, spacious rooms, a couple of massage chairs on the top floor with the bathhouses, and the breakfast buffet was far superior to the one I had at a Dormy inn premium in Tokyo. Would definitely stay here again. Also the ramen place that is steps away was delicious. I love Dormy inn premium and I had a nice soak in the bath every night and the free snacks and nightly ramen are always a plus.
My group booked 6 rooms at this hotel during a trip to Japan, and unfortunately, every single room had black mold in the shower areas. This wasn’t an isolated issue—it was consistent across all rooms, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. We decided not to stay and spoke with front desk staff and a manager, who verbally agreed to refund us for the remaining two nights. Based on that agreement, we left and found another hotel, despite it being late and nearby options limited. However, when we contacted Agoda to confirm the refund, we were told the hotel denied the request, claiming no such agreement was made. This was incredibly disappointing and felt dishonest. We urge management to address the mold issue seriously and stand by their word in future guest interactions. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel.
