Dorset Square Hotel Firmdale Hotels

We had a wonderful stay at the Dorset Square hotel. I don’t even know where to start… we just love this place so much. First of all, it is a beautiful and pristine little hotel. Everything is gorgeous….as all Firmdale properties are. There is an intimacy about it… Just a very good feeling. The staff is wonderful…Abigail, Marina, Aaron, Giulia, Tasha, and Miriam were all wonderful and helpful. The food at the Potting Shed is delicious. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and the shower strong and luxurious. The service is impeccable… We will be back❤️‼️

I have found my new home away from home! The Dorset Square Hotel is an oasis, tucked between the Marylebone and Baker Street tube stations, near the hustle and bustle of Marylebone High Street, and within walking distance of Regent Park and Primrose Hill. I have stayed in several hotels all over London and the rooms are decently sized in comparison. The decor is bright and tasteful by Kit Kemp, and the bath has a heated towel rack, modern showerhead and good water pressure. You even get a cute souveneir cloth bag to carry your incidentals around town--someone stopped me and asked where I got it! The linens were really comfortable and the room has a/c. The staff is very helpful--Irfan was incredibly responsive and the whole staff helped with taxis and luggage. I didn't try the Potting Shed restaurant until the last day, but I wish I had sooner. The sitting room was a great place in the lobby to sit and wait or have a drink. I didn't even know about the park access across the street! It is truly a hidden gem. I wish I could keep the secret to myself, but the service was so good, I had to write a stellar review. Loved it and we will be back!

What a fabulous small luxury hotel. The warmest greeting at reception, being taken to my room, a deluxe room facing a pretty communal garden, the little touches like a hand written postcard wishing a pleasant stay, plus bottles of complimentary mineral water, a small box of choc truffles, room service waiter making sure my glass was topped up with ice and lemon, and an evening visit from housekeeping to give a complimentary room spray with bottles of water. It’s these little touches that are so sweet it makes you think of the place even after departure. Beds so comfortable you will not want to leave. And wonderful staff who really make this place special, thank you for making my day so perfect.
