Dorsett Chengdu

Fantastic hotel! The rooms are very clean, and the staff are consistently courteous and helpful. The location is excellent — just a few steps from Luomashi Metro Station, which made getting around the city super convenient. The hotel has great facilities, and a big plus: if you book directly through their website, you get free late check-out — a huge bonus if you have a late-night flight. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. And also allowed me to check in earlier and upgraded my room. Special thanks to 小潘 at the front desk for being so helpful and patient during check-in — she really made us feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a beautiful city view. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and I especially liked the little touches like bottled water and premium toiletries.

Concluded our 6 nights stay at Dorsett Chengdu which was a totally enjoyable experience. Other than a free upgrade as they were having a promotional campaign, the hotel also offers an excellent spread of buffet breakfast. Special mention of Anna Chen, the service manager (if I remember correctly), she was so attentive to her guests and very hands-on helping out her staff in that busy morning that was the only chance to have a more relaxed breakfast. The hotel staff were also very prompt in responding to our special requests e.g. additional pillows and moisturiser. Furthermore, there's a food alley offering very authentic local dishes just right beside the hotel which is one metro station away from the famous tourist street Kuan Alley. Would recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu!
