Dorsett Gold Coast

Stayed for 3 nights with a friend and had a really enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic with easy access to public transport, and the city views and outdoor pool area were great. We also had daily breakfast at The Star Casino, which was a great bonus. When we first arrived, there was an issue with our room, but Marcella at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. She resolved the issue straight away and even upgraded us to a better room, which really elevated our stay. Her service made a big difference and stood out as a highlight of the experience. Thanks again to Marcella for her help – we'd definitely stay here again!

Thanks so much for the extremely considerate assistance of Amy. She is a staff member at the front desk. She really helps me so much and very kind! I was not very happy because there was no bottled water in the hotel today. But her kindness made my tired body and mind feel refreshed. I checked into the hotel in the early hours of the morning. She helped me provide slippers and toothbrushes. Because of her kindness, I have a good impression of this hotel. I am willing to recommend it to my friends! And I will come again!

The motel is hard to find so keep that in mind. Great service upon check-in with the exception that everyone got bottled water except us. Rooms great apart from layer of dust on some of the furniture and no water in fridge. Staff didn't inform us that we should pay the $20 car park fee upon check out so got to car and had to go back, it set us back about half an hour. Great price for a balcony room. (June prices) Shower was great.
