Dorsett Grand Subang

I had a great experience at Dorsett Grand Subang! The customer service was excellent, every staff I met was super friendly and always greeted with a smile. The room was comfortable, the facilities were convenient, and the food was really delicious. When you're treated kindly, it really makes your whole stay more enjoyable. I truly felt welcomed and happy here.

My last 4 days experience was disappointing. Rooms were not great and housekeeping were sub standard, I stayed at 17th Floor, room 1777. Air conditioning was poor. Despite bring to management on the second day. Only the Manager met me and I showed him the bathroom door were damaged and air conditioning was poor. Last day air conditioning improved. Pillows cover were washed and clean but inside had smell. I brought to management notice and was given better Pillows. Overall lack of professional service by Front desk counter staffs and senior management. First day ,I took breakfast and nothing vow. I decided not to take breakfast for the next 4 days.

I didn’t feel welcomed during my visit. The staff kept staring at customers and didn’t greet anyone with a smile. It made the experience quite uncomfortable, my opinion is Reception service could really be improve. Except this, The breakfast in hotel was good, the workers in restaurant some were friendly and enthusiastic, and the room service was excellent. Will come back again.
